This original painting was inspired by the Om Mani Padme Hum mantra. It depicts the jewel rising above the lotus as a radiant symbol of inner wisdom and boundless compassion. The ascended masters and nagas appear around the jewel to signify the living lineage and guardianship of the dharma; the nagas are shown on either side as vigilant protectors of this sacred wisdom.
